Natural Tips for Losing Weight

Do you think, you are overweight? Do you avoid parties, social gatherings? Are you losing your confidence just because you are overweight? Or people laugh at you or make faces when they look at you?
Well if you ask me personally, if you are overweight, it's not a sin. Maybe it is a social sin, that's why people make fun of fat people. It's really so bad. We should not tease or make a fun of any person just because they are fat. I don't now what people think in western countries about beauty, but here in India, people behave a bit strangely towards fat people especially when they are going to engage or marry with them. I just tell you one small story which I experienced recently. One of my friend, who got selected in Railway department recently. In my opinion, he was a nice and social guy so far, but after knowing his true colors my opinions are mixed now. A few days ago, we went to see a girl; arranged marriage system is still popular in India. So that girl's family sent a picture of her before meeting, well that girl was really pretty. After seeing her picture, my friend could not hold himself to get tempted for her, he was starting at her picture like a mad person. Maybe love at first sight, no idea. LOL
My friend and I planned to see her at home, luckily her father called him and we felt as if we would about to win a war or castle! Eventually, we made a way to reach her house, he drove really fast and we took only 15 minutes to reach her house; usually it takes around 30 minutes.
At her house, they greeted us with all pleasure, and started treating us like princes. We felt as if we were dukes of any empires that time. It was really a wonderful moment. At first, girl's father approached us and started introducing us with other his family members. After few minutes of formal chit-chat, finally we made our sit comfortable at a couch. My friend could not help himself whispering about her all the time. After spending ten minutes, the 'Would be Princess arrived!' But my friend got depressed at the moment he saw her. The reason was unexpected, she was overweight, though she looked so beautiful. After seeing his face, I felt as if a snake bit him. But he remained silent there and we left her house after spending 10 minutes. He did not talk to her, however, I really enjoyed the whole conversation with her, she treated me so nicely. Sadly he refused for the engagement with her and the reason was the same; she was overweight. Well, I know that it was the stupid reason to break the relationship with her; however, the girl's family played a trick too. Actually they sent an old photo of her when she was quite slim. Anyway I do not know who was right or wrong, but I really do not like the idea of hating people just because they are overweight or fat.

I think I have taken your enough time, and I do not want you to get bored anymore, and I want to come on the main topic, 'How to lose your weight naturally?"

1- Never say 'No' for breakfast

We should never avoid eating breakfast. People who eat breakfast are less likely to overeat during the day. A high-fiber, low fat, fruits, juice and beans should be added in your breakfast. Just remember one simple quote and tell yourself all the time, "I don't care how late it is, when I wake up I am eating breakfast." In short, breakfast is really necessary and it is really good for your health.

2. Don't forget to workout-

"There's some truth to that," Grotto tells WebMD, and once you start your not-calling-it-exercise plan, Grotto says you'll discover "the way good health feels knocks down the roadblocks that were preventing you from exercising in the first place." Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can't do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways — by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or revving up your household chores.

3- Eating out

It's not a bad idea eating out sometimes, but just don't make a habit. You should avoid eating out, like eating at restaurants and such. Because when we eat at such places we usually order rich meals which adds some unnecessary extra calories in your body. I am not saying that you should just stop eating out, but don't go, 'Too Much,' even you go, then try to order some healthy and less calories meal such as ordering a grilled chicken salad instead of a big bowl of pasta or something like that. It will really helps you to burn some extra calories.

4- Walking

Walking regularly at a good speed improves your muscle strength and endurance and also helps build stamina. Walking about 30 minutes a day increases your bone density and slows down bone loss in your legs. This low-impact exercise is also said to target your spine, legs and hips. Walking not just reduce some extra pounds but also it is good for your heart. Walking is known to reduce your blood pressure, improve your blood circulation and all round cardio vascular functions. More you walk, more you get fit.

5- Drink Water

A few simple steps can go a long way in taking care of our health, and one easy way of ensuring it is by drinking sufficient water in empty stomach first thing in the morning. Not only does it clear your stomach, it goes a long way in reducing the risk of a number of diseases.

Firstly, it purifies the colon and it improves the stomach's chances to absorb nutrients properly. A better digestive system automatically takes care of a lot of other things. It is also one of the secrets behind a glowing skin, as water removes the toxins from the blood. Drinking water also improves the creation of new blood cells as well as muscle cells, and helps you in losing weight.

The main important thing I want to mention here, just "Don't eat too much," some people are obsessed. I have seen many people who think that if they don't eat too much, they might get unhealthy or malnourished. Remember one simple thing in your life, "Eat for living, don't live for Eating!" And if possible for you, try to adopt a vegetarian life, being a vegetarian is not a sin. Don't you know, a deer can run thousand times better and more than a lion. I'm not saying that you should not eat meat at all, but just try to add more vegetable, beans, fruits in your diet. Eat healthy, live healthy. Your first wealth is always Health!
